Often times people think they just need to do a quick credit check and verify employment but there’s more to it.  Our Comprehensive tenant screening process digs deeper. RESIDENT RELATIONS

We strive to make the resident experience impactful with a high-touch customer focused approach. From the time a prospective tenant inquiries about your property, assisting them through the on-line application process, on-boarding/move-in, and providing a tenant portal to expedite maintenance requests, our goal is to improve resident relations and retention with effective and meaningful communication and service.

Accounting & Finances

With our detailed Finance Reporting all owners are provided with an online portal, monthly statements sent with a copy of any invoices for repairs with a breakdown charges. Owner funds are transferred to their accounts via ACH Transfer (Direct Deposit). All owners are sent a 1099 and a Cash Flow Statement each year.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Our goal is to protect and preserve your investment property. We prioritize and process maintenance requests, troubleshoot, and handle emergency issues immediately. We conduct inspections upon move-in, move-out and periodically to ensure all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner and make recommendations for routine maintenance.
